After decades in the Nigerian broadcast media industry, Minaj Holdings was looking diversify its interests and expand into film production, looking both within the established Nollywood industry as well as opportunities to expand to the United Kingdom.

We were hired to develop a business strategy assessing the viability of independent film production in the U.K. as well as entering into the Nollywood space.

We conducted market research on both industries, did a comparative financial analysis of both industries as well as a content strategy roadmap for script development, and created a business development strategy document for the project.
